In the latest version (I know you did it for aesthetics) both complete and incomplete steps in a workflow are grey.  On the workflow monitor tab can you change the checks and x's back to red/green.  It is really hard to review our open processes because everything is a shade of grey...pretty, but on this one I would like functional!
