I am posting this on behalf of a client. In Junxure Desktop there was a Report called Global Email History Between Dates that gave the email history for all clients between a chosen date range. We do have this at the Record Level in AdvisorEngine CRM, but not at the global level. My client has stated this has the potential to become a compliance concern, as providing the whole history to an auditor as they were once able to do poses less questions as opposed to choosing individual records.
