My company recently transitioned to JX cloud, and an employee recently had an idea to get an email every time you are assigned an action in Junxure. This would help with more communication and to make sure that nothing gets missed or falls through the cracks.

This could potentially be an opt in option under their user profile, checking a box like "Email me for any actions i am assigned" or something of the sort.

Or it could be a rule/workflow that every time an action is assigned to a specific person it will send them an email from the Junxure cloud inbox. I would imagine it could be a simple mailto command and the computer would send it from an auto generated no reply email to the person getting assigned the action.
