FYI trigger for email capture
We are trying to use email capture, and would like the CSR to be notified when an email msg is sent to the advisor. With the workflow setup to capture email, although the FYI field has CSR selected, no FYI is triggered. (Worked with someone in support last fall on this, and s/he agreed it is not operational.)
This topic re-surfaced in our office today, so tried it again to no avail.
