Fonts / highlighting / underlining: compliance and accessibility

In a Record, the top menu bar- Notes, opens a box where you can type in important information.  There is no way to distinguish anything anymore  as being more important by using a larger font, a different font, highlighting it-  typing in RED.  We often need to have something in there such as-  trading of CEOs own co stock is prohibited without sign -off from their CCO.  We put those notes larger, in red, and highlight them.  Certain mistakes just cannot be made,  and that is why we leave something that immediately stands out to anyone to opens the Record.  Overall though-  the limited sans serif fixed kearning font choices, and lack of versatility is a problem for overall accessibility as well as compliance.  Our email signatures must have certain disclaimers a certain way and a certain pt size. Thank you!
