Firm Default for Record Layout
Since the old layout sunset has not occurred and has no set date, you should reconsider setting a firm default for the old layout vs. the new layout. The main reason for this request is that Alerts and Reminders are different and do not sync. We have team members using both, which means they may miss an alert or reminder that another team member set. Without any good way to force them to use one version, we are exposed to team members missing information. At the very least, create a way for reminders and alerts to sync.
