Filter Grid - Wildcard

Would love to be able to enter a wildcard like an asterisk (*) when filtering, especially if filtering on a text field, like a client's name. That way, we can filter by "Adam*" and it would filter any row that starts with "Adam" whether Adam, Adams, Adamson, etc.
