Hello! This is a general update within Junxure that I think would be beneficial to all. A automated link from Junxure to Outlook based off the Service Monitor Report to allow clients to access their advisors calendar and set a meeting when one is due. For instance, if I am a client and suggested by my advisor to meet two times a year, an automated email will be sent to me twice a year with an access link to my advisors calendar to get a meeting on the calendar. A constraint that would need to be in place would be a two day window from when the email was sent. This will allow the advisor time gather information needed for the meeting. This would be beneficial to both the client and the advisor as it would hold both accountable to get together and review the portfolio.
