Within Junxure Desktop, we used the favorites section to capture security questions for clients so we can verify a clients identity over the phone. See Attached for Desktop Instructions. 

This feature allowed us as a firm to identify what security questions we would use when a client called into the office with account change instructions over the phone.  

The add Default Questions button would add all questions instantly.
