"Exclude" Filter option

I would like to see a filter option that says "Does not contain" so we can filter out specific key words/data fields in the grid. It would also be nice to have the same option in the Quick Search - "exclude" a record tag for instance. Example: We want to see a list of all client classifications, but exclude any that also have a "no email" record tag.
