It would be terrific if the phone numbers in the client record worked like the addresses below, with the ability to "Link to existing". With addresses it is also visually clearer which addresses go to the household, Client 1, and Client 2. We are finding that we have to enter phone numbers, such as Home phone, in triplicate for client records now and it would be wonderful to simply "link/duplicate" a phone number we already have listed rather than have to add and recreate it three times from scratch.
