When adding hyperlinks to various parts of the system there seems to be some lack of functionality. For example, when inserting a hyperlink in an action\workflow notes section, you can only insert the URL and are not able to alter the text that shows. As you know, some URL's can get very lengthy taking up unneeded space. It would be ideal if you could alter the text for the hyperlink.

Also, when embedding hyperlinks in e-mails, They do work as suggested above, however, it is hard to tell that it is a link as it is not underlined or a different color like you typically see in Microsoft products. There is nothing clearly identifying it as a hyperlink. It would be great if there was some way for that to stand out as a hyperlink so it is clear to all who view it.
