Email Send on Behalf Of

Below is the information regarding how to setup sending on behalf of another person. Both options are terrible. Customer service personnel need the ability to send bulk emails to clients and the look like they are coming from the clients advisor. There has got to be a way to setup a link in order to give certain people the ability to send email on behalf of others. Even having a bcc so the Advisor knows that the email has gone out. An advisor needing to disclose their password to another user is a needless security violation.

Junxure links directly to your mail server to send emails.

To send an email as a different User:

Option 1 (preferred): Log in to Junxure as that User. If their email has been set up, you will be able to send an email on their behalf.

Option 2 (Exchange and Google Only): Update your personal Email Setup information with the other User’s email information. Follow the steps in Microsoft Exchange: User Setup or Google: User Setup, but replace your Email Address, Username, and Password with the other User’s Email Address, Username, and Password.

Send the email and it will appear as sent by the email address just entered.

When finished, repeat these steps to enter your own Email Address, Username, and Password or every email sent out will appear as coming from the other user.
