I’d like to submit a feature request for your consideration.
We would love the ability to enable email notifications tied to task management within the CRM — ideally offering flexibility in how notifications are delivered. Specifically, we envision:
- Email alerts for newly assigned, outstanding, and overdue tasks
- Consolidated daily or weekly summaries if possible (but individual notifications would still be a big step forward)
- Opt-in capability for users who prefer to receive notifications, or
- Manager-level assignment for important, time-sensitive, or overdue tasks to ensure proper follow-up
While many of our Advisors and Operations team members live and breathe in the CRM daily, not all departments (such as HR and Marketing) are in the system as routinely. As a result, tasks assigned outside of CRM-heavy teams risk falling through the cracks. Adding this feature would help drive accountability and responsiveness across the entire firm without forcing a one-size-fits-all workflow.
