Email Mgmt - Add Action Option

Our firm does not have actions automatically created with the email auto-capture. We instead manage the emails to an existing action if the email is pertinent or actionable.  However, if there is not an existing action, we have to go to the client's record, create a new action - then go back to the Email Mgmt section and add the email to the newly created existing action.  This can be very time consuming. If possible, we would like to see a "create action" option added to the Email Management section so that we can do this directly from the email.  Thanks!
