I understand that Junxure Cloud does not integrate with Outlook which is unfortunate for the many areas of functionality lost. One example is sending an e-mail to a group versus the client on record. Our company has it's own Junxure record and there are many actions and workflows that require group e-mails to the team. However, the e-mail functionality is such that you can only send an e-mail from Junxure cloud if it is an e-mail in the record or related records. It is such now that I use Outlook as a work around instead. It would be wonderful if there was a way to create groups (team members, clients, vendors, etc.) (via import of excel spreadsheet or manual entry) to select in the 'To' field to save the manual typing for multiple recipients' addresses.
