It would be nice if we could edit the subject of actions (or even edit who they are assigned to, due date, etc.) while we are adding a workflow, rather than adding the workflow, then having to go back in and edit the action to update the subject or any other details. Would reduce the number of clicks to get a workflow added to a record.

This is where I'd like to be able to edit that info (both when adding a new workflow, and when adding additional steps in a workflow). I like that we can choose the "start date" of the workflow when adding it - more features like that to edit other info, and have that same type of functionality when adding steps of a workflow would be really nice.
