Dashboard Tile - Upcoming Client Meetings
I thought this dashboard tile was helpful as it would give me a sneak peek of people I was meeting with soon and would cause me to triple check and make sure I had all of the information I needed for a productive meeting. However, I then learned that these are "upcoming" client meetings based on the "expected" meeting date built into service monitor. I can see where this may be helpful for somebody, but if the client decides to delay a bit, or meet early, then wouldn't that change the whole expected date? It would be nice if we could change this to actually see what scheduled meetings are coming up.
