Hello -  we are a shop with 18 years of desktop history migrating to cloud.

It would be great if you could make (2) enhancements to the left-hand-side menu:

1. Have the option to collapse the menu (i.e. As it is available under the documents section.) Having lots of screen real estate to view actions is really important. 

2. Have the option to customize the menu. (i.e. Change the item order and/or delete unused items.)
