You can sort, list, select, but you cant do the simplest thing- show the count of the number of pending actions per employee. This is another example of mistakes made in the transition from Desktop to Cloud.  You can do all sorts of things in the grids, but you cant provide a report that lists the total number of acions per employee?  That is such a shame. It shouldn't be so difficult.
