You had finally put the correspondence editor in a new tab and it was the best two weeks I have had in the system in a year. Then, the UX upgrade ofccured and its back to in the same tab.

PLEASE FIX THIS! IT IS FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU SEEM TO THINK FOR BOTH EFFICIENCY AS WELL AS WORKFLOW CONTINUATION ERRORS!
