It would be great to have the option to not only mark an action Completed, but instead canceled or failed.   Sometimes the client fails to complete the action and it would be nice to mark this action as Failed. And sometimes the client decided to cancel some process and it would be nice to be able to mark that action canceled. Currently we have to mark those Completed and it does not make sense to do that when the action/task really wasn't completed.
