We have recently migrated from desktop to cloud. In desktop we would use the CLSP merge field on letters for informal greetings (nicknames) and set the Dear field in the contact record with a formal greeting (Mr., Mrs., Dr.. etc). In cloud we can no longer use the CLSP field. The current solution appears to have the formal greeting with the Dear field for the household record then the informal greeting with the Dear field for the person 1 and person 2 record. However not all of our clients have both a person 1 and person 2 so we have to manually check and edit each letter to remove "and". Is there a better solution or is it possible to add the CLSP field?
