I recall being able to change the status of an Opportunity to close if without choosing Won or Lost. I am no longer able to do that as I have to choose one or the other to close the Opportunity. I was told I could choose "Blank," but that's not working either. 

Many times we start an Opportunity and for whatever reason, it doesn't pan out. That's not a "Lost" in our minds. We would like to close it and not report on it and if it opens again, still be able to view it in the record. Thanks!
