Client Type in Junxure Cloud Recurring Action Items
It would be nice to have a spreadsheet with the client type in all the Recurring Actions. Sometimes we make changes to Workflow process and we need to update each and every recurring action item. We don't use the service monitor because we think we will get behind in closing actions and the next one won't populate. We would rather have more actions than not enough. A lot of our work is by client type.
The other request that I had was for the Workflow Template that is used in a recurring action item to always pull from the most recent workflow. We are continually updating the workflows and if the recurring action item was placed, but not triggered, it give the workflow that was in place at the time of the set up of the recurring action item. This would be a huge help to us if it always pulled the most recent Workflow template.
