Client Contact Notes - Calls, Meetings, Annual Review Etc.
I would like to have client contact notes separated from Actions for easier review. Having to search actions and open the action to view the note is cumbersome. Creating an action in order to simply write a note is also cumbersome.
Maybe under the notes section, Client Review Notes and Phone calls etc. can be listed by date? This is especially important for any upcoming AI integration, where the entire purpose of the AI is to record meeting notes and create separate action items from those notes. Seeing this information all in one place without having to open an action will allow for better communication with clients and coworkers.
