Checklists

Create a checklist prompt. With the best interest regulation, advisors have to be sure any rollover recommendations are in the best interest of the client. To do so, it would make sense to have checklists embedded into or on top of the action, requiring advisors to answer each question individually to move to the next prompt. After completing the checklist, the CRM would create a report stored in the clients' documents as regulatory proof.

Despite my example, I can envision checklists used in several other instances.
