I think it would be really beneficial to add clickable check boxes into actions.

We use our actions to help our employees follow specific step by step processes for different tasks. If we had clickable check boxes, then they would be able to click the box when they finish a step. Once they click the box, the time stamp should auto populate next to the box of when the box was checked (the CTRL+J) to let us know when the task was completed.

This would help with multiple tasks that have multiple steps but are still considered the same task, instead of having to add multiple workflow or related actions just for a few steps.
