Please, Please, Please save me from making so many clicks....

When I click on an Action on the "My Pending Actions" or "My Past Due and Due Today Actions" Grids it directs me to the Workflow which is not part of the Record and the Record/Contact tiles are still showing the old style.  It would be better to just send me to the Workflow within the Record under the Workflows tab.

Right now I have to scroll up to the Records Name, click on their Name, Click on Workflows then Record Actions then select the Action a second time to bring up the Workflow within the Record, a total of (4 clicks plus loading times).  Ahhhhh......  Loading the Workflow within the Record would save me a lot of clicks and avoid loading times.
