I would like to suggest that the ability to select which Record fields display on the Pre-Formatted Birthday Report be available as an item to add prior to running and printing the report.

This would be similar to how the options appear when running a Last Contact Report on all Clients which allows you to add available fields from the Record such as email, phone, advisor, etc,.
