The driver's license issued and expired date fields are formatted so that only numbers are required. nice!

However, the date of birth field is formatted differently. We have to input the slash marks (/).

My preference is to enter digits only. 

Also, having a pop-up calendar for a date of birth is really quite pointless, since most entries will not be the current year ;)
