When creating an e-mail from a workflow, we've noticed it is almost impossible to highlight an e-mail address to replace or edit the field (for example if you want to correct a typo). You can click to the right and slowly hit backspace to remove one character at a time, which is not efficient. We should/would like to be able to easily copy and paste.
