Assigning an Action to more people
there should be a way to assign an action to more than one person, either by checking off two or three individual names from a list of employees, or by creating a "group" or "department" and assigning an action to the entire group or department.
This way if someone is out for an extended period of time, more than one person gets the Alert under Due today/Past Due Actions or under Pending Actions
