It would be helpful when assigning tasks to have additional drop-down fields instead of just having the "completed" checkbox. Some that could be helpful would be "on hold", "in-progress", "cancelled", etc. I used another program with these selections, and it was helpful to see where you and your team members are at in the progress especially since if its past the deadline it just batches over to "past due" with no explanation. A selection of these other options could help mitigate or explain where people are at in their processes.
