I was trying to reset the password for the president of our firm. We spent at least a half hour of me sending invitations and him getting expired links. I looked all over AE's knowledge base and community and only found something about this issue from 3 years ago, that I guess wasn't resolved. I had to submit a ticket.

In response, I found out that our President's invite link was flagged by a spam or virus filter and it's possible that this caused the link to expire. I was then told to add a simple password and not send the invite and have him log in with it. It worked.

Because this is an obvious issue with the program, why not have everyone change passwords in the same way, or at least get the instructions that I received on the help page for password reset? "If the link shows as expired, save the password and do not send the invitation." This was/is super frustrating.
