I don't know how many times I've had to call to report that one of our employees' emails aren't capturing using the Outlook plug-in. Then EVERYONE has to go back and check on theirs and this program must be fixed.

Currently, someone has to accidentally discover it when they go looking for something and it's not there. Then panic ensues. For our peace of mind and for compliance purposes, we should get alerts when emails stop capturing.
