Alert urgency

I would like to see different urgency options for alerts and FYIs, for example if we assign an urgent action that absolutely has to be taken care of that day, it would be nice to mark it as "urgent" somehow so that the person receiving the action can distinguish the alert as very urgent, or be able to get an email when they have an urgent alert to look at (instead of just waiting for them to check their alerts) We're trying to figure out a way for staff to know that they have an urgent action (i.e. a phone message that they need to respond to that day) without having to take multiple steps to make sure they see it.
