I saw a very cool demo last week where the salesperson was able to type in a verbal description of the process a service team needed (I think they used processing a check request as the example) and an AI program magically converted that into a workflow template that the user could then customize and edit as needed. It was a really interesting use of the AI to convert sentences into the action items of the workflow. Could be very helpful for team leaders trying to build out workflows that their teams will use ... just a thought! :)
