We need the ability to do an Advanced Search (not just Quick Search) in the Record Actions area. If you're searching for an action with AND as the logic. Example: Actions with the Tags "2020" AND "RMD". Currently the only option is the Quick Search it and that logic uses OR which doesn't give the output results we're looking for. Creating an Action Tag for "2020 RMD" specifically instead of two tags (year and word) creates really long Action Tag lists to maintain as time goes on. It's much more efficient to have "2020" as its own tag and "RMD" as a tag.
