Our team often needs to edit old documents that have been scanned and uploaded to the CRM. Specifically, we would like to add text boxes on top of scanned pages to in order to make notes or comments. Currently, we must download the file, make the edits in Adobe, upload to the CRM, and delete the original file from the CRM. Being able to edit the document within the CRM would greatly increase efficiency.
