Add "Effective Date" to Main Assets Workspace Column Chooser

I would like to add a column in the main Assets Workspace for the date assets were either uploaded into Junxure or manually updated so we can see at a glance the current-as-of date for each asset. 

If I click into an asset, say an IRA, then I can see a column called "Effective Date" which shows the date the value was imported to Junxure.  However, "Effective Date" is not available in column chooser in the main all assets workspace window.  (Interestingly, I can add dozens of totally non-asset related columns [hire date, job title, license exp date....etc], but I can't add the date the asset's values were uploaded to Junxure.) 

I have added a user-defined field, "Updated", to show when I update outside assets that are manually entered.  It would be GREAT if the Effective Date field could be either uploaded OR overwritten by the user similar to the Asset Value or Cash in Account field values are currently updated: (Value is updated by Asset import, or by user manual entry)  That way, there would only be one field for identifying how current an asset's value is, and only need one column in the grid.
