The Edit Agendas sub tab displays a list of all Action items that are currently assigned to an agenda in the contact’s record. Adding Agenda text from Actions can be a helpful reminder of tasks that need follow up or review for meetings at a later date.

To remove all agenda items (this will not remove them from the Actions Tab only from the Agenda Report) click the Clear All Agendas button in the far right corner.
To print agendas, use the Print button or the Agendas button on the Contact Toolbar.
