Currently, you are are able to format a note with bullet points, numbers, etc. and it looks good on your screen while in Junxure.  However, if you go to PRINT a report of your actions for a client, ALL of the formatting is gone and the report is one big glob of words all together.  If you have a lot of notes under one record action, it looks like a really long run-on sentence.  Recently, while be audited by my compliance department, I was asked to send in a printout of ALL client notes for the last year for a particular client.  The report looked AWFUL and I was embarrassed to submit it to my compliance department 

Can you please allow reports to show the formatting that is already used within the actual client note?
