Action Triggers
It may be useful to allow certain events to trigger the assignment of an action/workflow. For example, if workflow A is completed, the system automates the assignment of workflow B. Likewise, if a client's address is changed on their record, it could trigger a workflow to prepare the paperwork for updating addresses on client's accounts. If an email is edited, a workflow could remind the firm to remove the old one from their email platform, e.g. Outlook, etc.
It seems like there are many places where this could be useful, apart from allowing users to break up over-sized workflows into more manageable parts.
