It would be great to be able to have an action sequence which has two or more steps which can be independently completed, but only generate a new child action after all of the selected parent actions are complete.

i.e.

Action Sequence: Send Welcome Packet

(P1) Get mailing details for person into JX.

(P2) Gather materials for the Welcome Packet.

(P3) Have John write a personal note for the packet.

                              

                  (C1, only available after P1, P2, and P3 are complete) Send the welcome packet.
