Action Completion Restrictions
We wonder if it would be possible to restrict the ability for users to complete actions "as" other users via the drop-down menu on action completion? Right now, any user could go in and mark a task as completed by another user, and so we have no way for compliance of know who actually completed the task. At least for our workflows, regardless of who an action is assigned to, only the user completing that action should be signing off on it as completed.
OR if other firms like having that flexibility, maybe there would be a way to add a Check Box to indicate "Completed on behalf" of and then selecting a user from the drop down menu? So, theoretically, an assistant could complete tasks from their user account, but "on behalf of" their advisor if the action was assigned to the advisor not to them.
