Request for ability to add drop down field within the notes section of the action. Trying to create a seamless workflow integration using the email option that uses correspondence templates and workflow template to send and email that gets captured and auto attached to an action that can be reported on. having that drop down within the email will reduce the additional time to modify the action in the process.
