It would be ideal to have the option to lock all users out of an action if someone is already editing it, no matter what the "action unlocks after -- minutes" is set to. We would like to be able to override the minutes setting if the action is being edited. 

Several months ago the AdvisorEngine support team recommended that we change the minutes setting from 15 to 1 minute to avoid being locked out of actions for an extreme amount of time for one of our work flows. However, now we're running into the issue where multiple people are doubling up work because we're allowed to edit actions simultaneously. We need to be able to edit an action immediately after someone else saves and exits, however, we also need to restrict an action from being worked on by two people at the same time.
