Back in Junxure desktop, we had the ability to add a note to a workflow action that had not yet been created. For example, once we kicked off a workflow, we might have some additional step that we know will be needed in a certain action later in the workflow. We could go ahead in and add that note so that when the action was created, it would have the specific note there.

We've had several instances recently where special instructions get put in the first action of the workflow, but no action is actually needed until a later step. It's so easy for those types of details to get lost.

For example, we process paperwork for a client and tell them we will call then once we've confirmed the change. It would be so nice to be able to jump ahead to the "confirmation" step of the workflow and go ahead and add a note saying "Call client once we've confirmed this change."
