A "No Email" Checkbox

Just had a client request that we do not send her any more emails because she can't see real good. I think a checkbox next to the No Mail checkbox on the Record would be a good filter to stop unwanted emails.

Or any ideas on how to implement this other than making notes in the Alert Field?
